Project Coordinator
Full Time – BostonYou like things just so.
You will analyze the status and schedules of our projects and coordinate our team with our clients’. Not only should you be a people person, you should be a process person. You will work with various members of our programming teams to ensure that projects move through our processes smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Schedule project resources to meet client delivery requirements.
- Communicate daily with project personnel to determine current project progress.
- Communicate with clients about project progress, updating schedules as needed.
- Meet with operations managers to plan human resource allocation and project schedules.
Required Qualifications:
- Outstanding interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- An appreciation of the impact that good processes can have on project efficiency.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience/knowledge in the A/V industry.
- Experience with construction project management.
